Launch-interest list

To leave the launch-interest list, use the unsubscribe method in a Kept email or send a message with “Leave the Kept launch list” in the subject. You do not need an app account. Joining the list does not guarantee a particular release date.

Protect your reading

Do not email passwords, payment-card details, full copyrighted book pages, private journal text, or your entire library. A cropped screenshot is useful when it does not expose sensitive material. Keep an independent copy of writing you cannot afford to lose.

Purchases

For a missing entitlement, include the plan name and approximate purchase time, but never send card details. Restore purchases from Kept first. Apple handles cancellation and refund requests through your Apple Account and Report a Problem.

Privacy and deletion

Use Profile → Privacy & data to change optional processing permissions. Use Profile → Account → Delete account to begin deletion. For an access, correction, portability, or privacy request, put “Privacy request” in the subject.

See the Privacy Policy and account deletion guide.

Community safety

Use the in-app Report and Block controls for a discoverable or connected member. Include only the information needed for review. Reports are not monitored in real time and Kept is not an emergency service. For follow-up or an appeal, email support with “Community safety” in the subject and do not attach unnecessary private reading content.

Read the Community Guidelines.

Response expectations

Kept does not promise instant or 24-hour support. Messages are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. This page opens your email app; those messages are handled by your email provider and Kept's mailbox provider, not by Kept's automated 180-day in-app support-request cleanup. You can ask for a message to be removed, subject to security, legal, and provider retention requirements.
