Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to create or use a Kept account. If the law where you live requires a higher age or valid permission from a parent or guardian, that higher local requirement applies.
Website and product information
The public website describes Kept and can also collect launch-interest registrations. Screens, features, plans, regions, and availability can change as the product is maintained, but a purchase is governed by the information Apple presents at confirmation. Joining the list gives Kept permission to send the launch and occasional product email described beside that form. It does not create an app account, buy or reserve a plan, grant app access, or promise a release date.
You can withdraw from the list through the unsubscribe method in an email or by contacting support. Kept will not require an app account to unsubscribe.
App license
Unless Kept presents a custom end-user license agreement in your App Store storefront, the Apple Standard EULA is the license governing the iPhone app. Apple's applicable Media Services Terms also govern App Store services.
Subscriptions and payment
Kept offers a limited Free tier and optional Kept Pro auto-renewable subscriptions. The intended U.S. reference prices are $10.99 per month and $107.99 per year; Apple shows the controlling local price, currency, taxes, subscription duration, and eligibility before you confirm. Eligible new subscribers may see a 7 days introductory trial. If the Apple purchase sheet does not show a trial, none applies to that purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple can charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewal but ordinarily does not remove access already paid for. Deleting a Kept account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Monthly and yearly plans unlock the same declared Pro features; only duration and storefront price differ. Purchase, restoration, billing, cancellation, refund, and introductory-offer eligibility are handled through Apple. Kept does not direct iPhone customers to an outside purchase method for these digital features.
Privacy and your content
Kept's Privacy Policy explains how account, reading, capture, support, and billing-state data are handled. You remain responsible for having the right to capture, upload, or process material you submit. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, malware, complete unauthorized copyrighted works, unlawful material, or content you are not permitted to use.
Community
Community is optional and restricted to eligible people age 18 or older. Public-profile and shared activity must follow the Community Guidelines. Kept can reject or remove prohibited public content, restrict discovery or participation, suspend Community access, and preserve records needed to review reports or appeals. Report and block tools are for good-faith safety use and must not be abused.

Your statutory rights
